Sorry to hijack the thread, my friend has the same boiler. he thinks he over pressured the system.
The result is that now he loses all pressure instantly and if you repressure through filling loop, water flows at full rate through the discharge pipe.
Any ideas. Its full flow and discharges outside.

knackered expansion vessel perhaps? did the OP find out what he did wrong?
