Ravenheat LS100 problems

Got an LS100T boiler which has been running fine up until a few weeks ago. Ch runs fine, DHW seems OK, but when we use our thermostatic showers (yes we have two) the boiler seems to run Ok for about 30 - 40secs then cuts out, restarting again in 10 -15 secs time. This leads to water temeperature fluctuating from hot to cold to hot etc etc etc. I have changed the DHW thermistor, but the problem still persists.

Any advice please

It is impossible to tell you what is wrong with the boiler because that involves doing tests on the boiler as it faults.

Many of those tests relate to gas aspects which we don't advise on here.

The normal advice is to call a competent engineer.

I presume you don't expect the boiler to run two showers at the same time?

It's never the thermister

Its like those who do the lottery!

Its cheap to change the thermistor and they have the vain hope that they will save the cost of a diagnostic engineer!
