rcd spur in shower room zone 2

I want to install a small shower toilet and sink in a small study. This room has a standard 13 amp socket. I planed to install a Macerator to take the waste away. The 13 amp socket is in zone two. Is ok to change the 13 AMP socket to a RCD Spur to power only the Macerator. thanks for your help have looked at the lay out and moveing things about I think i can get outside the 600 mm distance

You cannot have the RCD spur within zone 2 unless it is rated for such use. Are you sure you cannot fit it outside the zones i.e. more than 600mm from the shower's edge?
