Rechroming a Radiator?

Got a bathroom radiator and most of the chrome has peeled off. It's like a chrome wrapping. Underneath it's just shiny copper. It's new otherwise.
Is it possible to rechrome and if so how much is it likely to cost?

Not worth it. Just buy another.
Buy a white one next time yet give out twice the heat like for like.

If it is copper well worth taking it to scrap yard.
Although I'd be suprised if it was copper.
