can any one recommend a cheep company for a single storey extension to supply the plans for passing planning ,building regs , the extension is 20sm max so far i have got a quote of 550 quid to supply the 3sets of drawings .

do i need to produce drawings to comply with building regs if the extension is with in permitted planning ?

as per foundations can i just ask the building inspector how deep it should be on inspection? planning 800mm,.

any tips or help would be great

£550 sounds about right to me, thats about what I'd charge, but then I provide a damn good service.

You can build it on a 'Notice' so no requirement for regs drawings provided you or your builder are cofident of what needs to be done to comply.
