Reducing hot water pressure HELP

Hi just wondered if anybody can help we moved into our property 8 years ago and the hot water was never great however now it is reduced to a trickle, i have tried increasing the size of the header tank and this has had no effect could it be the baxi solo boiler ( does it have a pump ? ) or could it be reduced bore on the pipework..............help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry perhaps iam being a bit thick does the baxi have a pump to pump the hot water upstairs ?
