Refitting my bathroom with a new sink basin and bath. (Toilet is seperate wc and already complete)

Its a small bathroom and the sink has to come out first before the bath.. Hence the new bath will have to go in first before the sink.
Firstly i have to tile behind the sink, grout and lay floor before the new sink can go in. However this will take time for tiles to dry and will be without a sink for a day or so. Im wondering what the best process is with minumum delay and fuss..

Any advice welcome

you could put ball-o-fix valves on the hot and cold, enabling you to remove the basin at your leisure. it also helps to drill and fix the basin before tiling. you then remove the basin, put the screws back in their holes, then drill a big enough hole in the tile for the screw head to pass through, (this will be hidden behind the basin when you re-fit ),as it can be quite tricky doing the drilling after you've tiled.
