Hello there,
We have had to take up the parquet flooring in our hallway to accomodate some emergency plumbing work. It is a square basket pattern and was originally laid in tiles of 2x2 "squares" and fixed with bitumen. When we removed it, a lot of the tiles broke up but the individual blocks are still in good condition. What is the best way to re-lay it? Can we reform the tiles on some kind of backing material or do we have to lay each block individually? And any recommendations for adhesives?
Any thoughts appreciated!
