Removal of leaded diamonds from double-glazing

Hi,
Is it possile to easily remove the leaded diamond-shaped decor from the outside pane of a double glazed window?

Yes but the problem is there's a lead decor on the inside of the glazing unit!

Maybe its a cheapie window and only on the one side?

The lead diamonds are on the outside of the window - not in the middle. Must definitely be cheapie windows...

Ahh! diy job then, it's a gamble of how well they are stuck on but not impossible, will need a sharp blade to start it off then clean up with meth spirit

Or try a hair dryer to loosen the glue.
