Over the years my CH system has slowly had microbore rads removed due to work on the house and new 15mm pipework added.
I now have 1 radiator left still connected to the microbore manifold and I would like to remove this last rad (the wall the rad is mounted on is being demolished).
The boiler feed and return pipes are 22mm dropped down from the loft (its a bungalow) and enter and exit a single manifold in the bottom of a cupboard.
Physically removing the rad as well as the manifold seems straight forward but what happens to the ends of the 22mm pipework are these just capped off?
