I have a stainless klitchen sink where the overflow has been leaking, I want to get it off and fit a new one.
I am used to baths where the grille inside the bath is screwed into a socket on the end of the flexi hose, but this one doesn't feel like it unscrews. It used to have a bolt going into it for the plug chain, but this went rusty and broke off.
As the overflow is up behiond the sink, inside a tight cabinet, I can't see how it is fixed.
What is usual, or, what short-cuts for getting the old one off? I don't mind damaging it.
