Removing paint splatter from sandstone slabs

My neighbours have been busy spraying their garden fence with gay abandon and not worrying about the splatter on my side

Can anyone recommend something thay will help to remove the paint without damaging the slabs?

if its water based try a pressure washer or try him with a juicy stone cleaning bill
