Removing shower mixer device?

Hello

I am a complete DIY amateur and would like help in removing this shower device as I want to re-grout my tiles which the grout has cracked.

The problem is the shower is pushing up against one of the tiles making it uneven so I am unable to grout it. The only issue I have is I have no clue in regards to removing the shower devices(not sure what it is really called) without damaging it so I can re-grout my tiles.

Can you help and instruct how i can remove the shower device without damaging it.

I have got pics of the shower device I would like to remove and what it is doing to the tiles, by making it uneven.

This tile is uneven due to the shower mixer fixed into the tiles, so the weight or pressure is...
