I had a feeling something wasn't quite right. As you can tell I have no experiance in this area.
What i do have is the money and based on your various but simular feedback he will not be getting his £700, ex vat i should add.
I will ofcourse discuss this with him and come to a normal price for the work.
He's documented as a Chartered Surveyor & Building Engineer.
