People have been airing clothes on rads rather than using tumble drier and paper has become unpasted.Is it possible to repaste with care.It is either lining paper or Anaglypta with Matt Emulsion finish.Similarly the seams are butted but slightly raised due to lack of paste.Do I need to be more generous when pasting of do I need a seam-roller?

Dnt use a seam roller on anaglypta, youll flatten the edges
Pull the paper back as much as possible gie the paper and the wall a good coat of paste, leave to expand for ten mins then flatten it down using a long pile radiator roller in order for you to get as far down behind the rad as possible.
