Replace Dimmer with one way switch

I can find loads of info for the other way round - one way to dimmer - but not dimmer to one way.

I have a triple metal plate dimmer switch that controls 9 halogen ceiling lights. I want to replace the bulbs with low energy halogens but,
these cannot be dimmed so have to replace the switch - the metal face plate doesn't match the decor anyway.

So now I have a triple - plastic rocker - switch that has the L1, L2 and com terminals.....but no earth terminal. Where do I put the 3 earth wires that are currently in the earth terminal on the metal faceplate?

If your backbox is metal then terminate the cpc's in the earth terminal on the backbox, if it's plastic then terminate them together in a connector block.
