Looks like a fairly standard "half euro cylinder" have a quick Google, Toolstation have them for about £4 by the looks of it (wont be the highest quality/security at that price but the one in your link was nothing special either).
 
Very simple. I rent my garage out and change the lock with every new tenant. Takes seconds. Undo the screw on the side of the barrel, put the key in, turn it about 20 degrees, pull the lock out. The £4 toolstation locks work fine. I doubt its the weakest link in the security. Just need to buy the right length. Mine is 40mm
