Replacement 1930s air bricks

Well I say air bricks, but I really mean the presumably metal grilles with a square "waffle" pattern, roughly the same size as a single brick on the outside of my 1930s house below floor level. I've got one that's broken beyond repair.

The closest thing I can find is a clay square hole airbrick, but they don't look quite the same and I couldn't cut it to fit.

Any ideas?
