Good Morning,

Ive just been out to the plumber's to get a new Digital Thermostat for my UFH.
Currently i have 4 x Unipipe Analogue units and have just picket up a Honeywell DT90E to try before i buy another 3.
The Unipipe has 3 wires - brown/live, black/neutral and grey/ arrow.
Any idea if this is a straight swap with the ABC on the Honeywell or how its wired?
I really should get myself an idiots guide to electrics..

The Honeywell doesn't use the Neutral wire so that should be safely covered up. The Live then goes to the A terminal and the grey to the B terminal.

I hope you have a wet under floor heating? The thermostat you have named is rated 8A and only measures air temperature which is OK to work a motorised valve or boiler on a wet system. With electric under floor heating the thermostat has to control more current and also normally it has two sensors, one limits floor temperature the other air temperature. With water the temperature of the water is limited so no need for sensor connected to thermostat.
