U mean turn the valves with something like a screwdriver?

So

Far left - turn 1/4 turn clockwise?
Far Right - turn 1/4 clockwise?
Second from Right - turn 1/2 clockwise?

Please confirm before I undergo this operation

What am I looking for afterwards?

Oakley doakley.

Yes turn off all three, they will at this point only turn one way.

Now observe what happens to the pressure guage ;)

Loop as indicated, Unscrew anti clockwise and pull out, is it constantly flowing?

OK

I disconnected the loop and indeed it is dripping water at a constant rate

Do I still need to turn off the 3 valves?

And if so do I leave the loop disconnected or attached?

WE have now ruled out the DHW HE ;)

OK as I said earlier, You need to replace the filling loop and the PRV.

Bitt of draining down to do but nothing major

Hi

What's the DHW HE?

So... I need to replace PRV and the filling loop

Next step how easy is is to change both things on the boiler and do you think I am capable of doing it?

I need to get a new PRV

and a filling loop - are they push fit or old fashion connecting with olive ring?

I hope to fix these myself and hopefully close on a successful thread.

Any ideas for best place to get these items from?

Finally I would like to thank you all for establishing the diagnosis - you are the A team!
