Reset Galaxy 2-20 Or 2-44 Please Help

Hi,

I am trying to reset my Galaxy 2-20 because we don't know the engineer codes and we cannot set it because of faults.

I have tried following the instructions in another thread which are:

Connect the 0v and T Tamper
Short Zone 1 with a loop

I powered it up multiple times with and without the lid Tamper and with and without the zone 1 loop but it still won't accept 112233 ie the default engineer code.

Please help.
