Retaining wall over waste pipe

I have bifold doors that currently drop 40cm to the ground so I thought I'd build a raised patio. Problem is that the waste pipe is buried where I'd like to dig the foundations.

So is it possible to build over the pipe? I can't see an alternative really.

I have no idea from your photo or description where this pipe is.

How high will your wall be and at what depth is the pipe?

Normal practise for dealing with a sewer pipe would be to dig out underneath it and pour your footing so the top of it is under the base of the pipe then you bridge over it with lintels as you build up the wall.
