Just cooked some rice to go with my home made curry (never tastes like an Indian restaurant) and have lots left over. Can I freeze it ?

As you have loads left you could press them into balls and enjoy an artificial snow ball fight in the garden great fun on a hot sunny day.

Yes you can. One thing you mustn't do is eat rice which is a few days old - it might have a mold on it which can make you very ill.

Funny - I was looking up how to make puffed rice today.

They often put some ghee in it. And sometimes MSG.

in the freezer it goes...but I will put it in a bag tho.

It could be a good idea putting it in a bag, picking bits of rice out the freezer would be a night mare  ;)
