my cellar currantly has a single twin 13A socket on a spur, my CU is in tthe cellar and a want to add another 2 twin 13A sockets, can i then loop this round to the other side of the ring to create a ring in a ring or should i leave it as a spur?
An after thought: I have 2 downstairs rings, one for the kitchen/diner, one for the living room/hall, the cellar is connected to the living room/hall
I hope this makes sense

No do not add this as a ring. The fuse should only supply one ring.

If this is a spur off a socket on the ring you can add another spur directly off the fuse in the consumer unit.
