Risco Panic Button + Siren/Sounder

Hi,

I have a Risco Lightsys 2 Panel and I have the 4 button Keyfob. Button 3 is setup as PANIC but when I press it the siren/sounder does not go off, nor does the panel change to PANIC. I do get and email and app notification though.

On another system I have in another property, when I press button 3 on that Keyfob, the siren/sounder goes off and the panel shows PANIC.

Have I missed a setting somewhere?

Sorry that's a bit vague, but can't remember off top of my head:-
Look at the user programming, select button 3 and then select panic.

If your still struggling for an audible panic then you will need to check basic controls and the panic is set to audible.
