hiya - am waiting for my mist coat to dry on my skimmed wall. So ..... i was thinking to use a kitchen wipeable paint for its top coat or two. I don't want a sheen so ruled out vinyl matt emulsion. Is diamond emulsion washable? And ... as I now look like i have been splattered with skimmed milk for the mist coat, which method would you use for the top coats of the proper paint? I like to use a brush as i feel i have more control but i don't want brush strokes - a roller is miles quicker but i find it can be uneven and is splattery and messy ....what are those paint pad things? I HATE doing these tasks but needs must .... what is the least messy, best finish option please? xx
