Roof under window cill

Hi

I posted this in the building section //www.diynot.com/forums/building/roof-tiles-under-window.339899/
and one of the guys advised I also post under roofing to get further advise.
My Plans show my roof to be built under the window cill with little room for any flashing, Please have a look at the pictures on the other thread, any comments or suggestions welcome.

Thank for that one freddy. Its a balls up and there is no magic solution that I can see from that computer drawing. As mentioned buy new windows 6" smaller or You could fibre glass the top section on too the existing window cill and then buy some larger white pvc. cover board, and fashion a new cill & flashing and stick it on top of your existing cill, but it will be a bodge up job. Or take the roof down and do it again.

Lower the pitch of the roof so it finishes further below the window and have a zinc roof which will cope with the low pitch

Now then , now then , HMK - what about a metal flat portion and a tray under the windows

M8 get a lead burner to come look at it before you go start chopping things down not a roofer
