After 5 years of service my sanivite has started spraying water out of the discharge outlet elbow. It appears to pressurise internally and large amounts of water sprays out around the base of the discharge elbow. I have had the lid off and all seems clean and removed the discharge elbow to remove the lid and refitted this. I can see no damage to the rubber discharge tube or the elbow and the one way valve is also working ok. I have also checked the waste pipe and have no blockage in that. The sanivite is just running a washing machine as it has for the previous years.
