Just started pointing in a riven sandstone patio with 5:1 mix with a glug of SBr.
All going well but I have trees all around especially birch dropping seed and leaves and add to that the next doors chickens were running around all over me nice wet pointing.
Yes, a new fence is due to go up next.
So I am covering up with a plastic tarp as I go, Chocks don't seam to like walking on it. However, it is keeping the moisture in the mix a lot longer. Anyone know if that is good or bad?

I assume your putting this in with a gun? sbr will stain slabs and its hard to shift so don't use it unless gun pointing. more moisture is good but may leave a bit more efflouresence which will only be temporary if it does happen.
