Security screws problem

We have hundreds of these things to open over the next few weeks and they all have to go back properly so I was looking for the right tool for the job, preferably four of them.
I have trawled the web again but nothing. I can find manufacturers for the screws but no driver. I'll try phoning some manufacturers tomorrow.

The bits are easily available, just look for a larger bit set. Or make your own.

That's what I needed. The screw I had to get out was in a deep recess, too narrow for the body of a hex bit to get into.

That screwdriver looks perfect RF, but I can't find any for sale in this country, only the States. As for making a driver, I'm working away from home with a test kit and basic hand tools, so no go there. I borrowed a bit from a fella on site which had a 10 printed on it, same as the ones in the three kits I tried but this one fitted. we opened about a dozen accessories with it before it snapped. Looks like I'm going to have to skip the items with these screws for this week and get busy making some drivers at the weekend when I get home.
Skenk, I found a few sites like that but I cannot be sure the bits fit without trying them on the screws. They really are an awkward size
I've never had this bother with security screws before, usually my standard security bit has always done the job.

I thought of that but the tip isn't wide enough to file out.
Also I wouldn't like to open dozens of them with a key!

To BAS, he took it surprisingly well. I told him I would buy him a new kit and he was happy enough. He wasn't a spark and didn't know the bit fitted the security screws concerned.

I'm still amazed that there is no screwdriver freely available for these screws as there seems to be loads of companies that manufacture them.
I would buy one even if I didn't use it very often.

different thing..
those are for slotted screws with a bit still left in the middle..
the hole spacing is different for the type with just 2 holes in them..
