servis 1200 washer loose drum

hi, i need help please!! the wheel at the back of my washing machine which holds the belt on is loose... the nut that holds the wheel on isnt loose but the wheel itself is... do i have to take the casing off to get to the drum to sort this problem out? if so how do i do this??

there should be a inspection panel at the rear to undo ,is the inner drum loose if so bearings gone ,good luck with spares servis has gone bust 2 months ago so spares are thin on the ground
