We've had a lot of expensive asbestos testing done at the flat were renovating and nothing found, but today when I was removing tiles in the kitchen I found a fibrous layer. Does anyone have any idea if this is likely to be asbestos, or is it just fibre reinforced concrete? I know no one can say for sure without testing but thinking every single thing is asbestos is starting to make me lose my mind! Thanks for any thoughts
