I think you will have to get one with ever so thin holes in the head, other wise if the holes are large, what will come out of the head will be like a poor **** stream that will run down the handle of the showerhead and then down the tube.
The above is all true BUT the conical bit at the end of the hose, which drops into a cone with an open front on the wall fitting, varies in size. Some don't even use cones. SO make sure it's compatible.
