Shower pressure

Been having pressure probs for a while now and just wondering how my hot water gets from my emersion heater from airing cupboard on landing to my shower cos it goes into loft then down to shower its not a power shower (water going uphill?) any help please ta

because the tank that supplies your hot water cylinder is in the loft higher than your shower pipework.
