looking to replace a very very old mira sport, 20 yrs at a guess.the replacement needs to have water inlet top left, elec entry bottom left. any suggestions please

i knew they had a good reputation but was unsure about the connection.being vertical they dont leave a lot of room to cover up the entry holes in the tiling
didnt notice about the lack of selonoid seco, very large wide can on the bottom r/h side. lid has one screw underneath and an overlapping ledge on the top
You shouldn't need to cover any holes if you lengthen the pipe and not move the shower up.
That's the early sport has horizontal dials not vertical.
