shower with low pressure light on.

can anyone suggest please what may be the cause of a low pressure warning light coming on when trying to get the shower to operate the type of shower is called new deal 7.5kw.The pressure seems adequate to the taps in the shower room so is it possibly pressure switch faulty or control board? any suggestions please.

is it a new shower? what is its water supply? i hope you have connected it to the mains water, and not a header tank. Not heard of new deal.

Is the shower new?

Have you replaced an existing shower?

There may not be enough pressure or even dirt in the pipes that may have got in when fitting the shower, also make sure you main stop tap is turned fully open.

no not a new shower been in for some 5years when house built i think from replies may be blocked inlet filter and not an electrical fault so will investigate cheers to all
