Sime Super 90 mk 2 - Radiators cold upstairs

Hi all

Boiler is a Sime Super 90 Mk 2 combi which is downstairs. Radiators downstairs get hot, it makes hot water fine upstairs and downstairs, but the upstairs radiators have suddenly stopped working. They aren't mostly cold with some warmth at the bottom - they are totally cold including the pipes at the bottom.

I'm not sure what's happened but hopefully someone can offer some help!
