siting a fuse box

we are converting some garage space into a toilet and utility room. The existing fuse box will come into the new toilet. We also intend to install a wash hand basin in the w.c. the toilet will be sited under the fuse box. the question is will we have to move the fuse box.

I think the fuse box is above the toilet at high level and the sink is on the opposite wall, please correct me if I'm wrong but from what yourt saying I think you will be fine
