Hi there,
I would just like to clarify something in regards to sizing a newly plastered wall.
I did this without reading up properly and I don't want to cause myself too much agro down the line.
I sized the plaster with a normal mix of wall paper paste - not a watered down version of this (in fact I checked after and the Solvite packet does not have instructions for sizing as they sell a dedicated product for it).
A few hours after doing so the wall is a bit tacky - I expect it will need to the night to dry out.
Should I be OK to go straight on with the lining paper or do I need to redo the sizing with the correct ratio mix of paste?
Many thanks,
Jack
