Slabs on torch on felt

I have a balcony off a bedroom which was slabbed but leaking. Recently had it replaced with 3 layer torch on felt.

Can I put my slabs back on it or will they be too heavy? It's around 1.5m square and just standard garden slabs

If it had slabs on before, why do you think it will be a problem now? You would lay down a loose laid sheet of felt or similar to protect the 3 layer felt and maybe some pedastols to raise the paving off the roof a bit.

Just wasn't sure if I would damage the new felt with the slabs
