Smeg integrated dishwasher

Hello, dishwasher when switched on makes all the noises that water is filling however it isn't and the dishwasher only has a tiny bit of water in it. After a few minutes the first three lights from the left are flashing and the fifth is permanantly lit. I have checked the water in valve and all ok. Any suggestions please, not sure of the actual model number.
