hi i'm new to this so just hope someone can help.
i'm moving my trianco boiler out of the kitchen and into the garage , i have heat leak gravity fed rads upstairs the down stairs is pumped , also the hot water tank is upstairs and i suppose this is gravity fed using 28mm pipe , what i need to know is that when i move it will everthing work the same , the pipe work from the kitcen to garage will be undreground and travel about 18ft , my pipes at the minute go upwards so i presume this makes it gravity fed, but they will when moved come out of the boiler downwards before eventually going up will this still heat my hot water or will it need to be pumped, thanks please can someone help asap

The gravity circuit should rise at a rate of 1 in 4 horizontal to vertical. If it drops down from the boiler you could have problems. The boiler will need a heat leak so fully pumped is not advisable, you will also need to maintain the boiler's upward path to the safety open vent. Maintaining flue away from pressure zones will also have to be considered.

so do you think that if i go ahead and move it then it will be ok even with the pipes coming down but rising with 1 in 4, i should also point out that to get this rise the pipes will be lower than the boiler at the boiler ,will this be ok. . i'm not too bothered about the heating side as this is pumped anyway. its the hot water i'm worried about , there is no where else for the boiler to go , thanks, andy

No I don't think it will be OK which is why I listed some of the potential problems.
