Hi Everyone,
My son is about to move into a new build house and has asked me to install a solid wood (oak) floor. It will be T&G. My worry is that being a new build there may still be a lot of drying out to go in the concrete floor. Will this cause the new afloor a problem?.
Secondly should I use a layer of insulating board (Wickes Type) to lay the floor on.
If anyone has any pointers I would be most obliged.
