Afternoon All
Looking for a bit of advice regarding my conservatory doors.
Was in the garden yesterday and heard a loud bang. Looked up at the conservatory and noticed the pane (full length) in one of the doors had smashed (protective film kept it in place). It was on the inside and nobody else was in the house. Presuming some kind of gas reaction or defect?
Does anyone know if this is likely to be covered by any kind of warranty? They were fitted in late 2007. I have a 10 year warranty but they are saying glass isn't covered.
Or if not advise best course of action. I've only ever lived in flats and the landlord usually sorts this sort of stuff out.
Any help/advice really appreciated.
regards
Lloyd
