Steady trickle of cold water from boiler overflow

Hi

I have an old direct water cylinder immersion boiler system which now seems to be constantly leaking water(cold) in a steady trickle from the overflow pipe. Any ideas before I call in a plumber would be appreciated

If the new ballvalve dont fix it, it will probably be the coil inside the indirect cyllinder which has failed.

Correct me if im wrong, i thought that you dont have coil in a "direct cylinder"
