Stiff bathroom pillar taps

Hi all

We've had a megaflo system fitted recently and our bathroom basin taps have started dripping.

They do stop dripping when I close the taps fully closed - but this takes some effort as they seem to be a good deal stiffer now to shut. I have replaced both the washer and the olive and now run out of ideas as neither have made a difference.

Hoping someone can advise.
