Hi,

I have a Stoves cooker from my previous house. I have now moved into a house with LPG. I want to keep the cooker and convert it to LPG but Stoves say it can't be converted because it has a glass lid!

The glass lid closes over the burners and as it closes it turns all the burners off (whether the appliance is connected to gas!).

My question is - why can't this cooker be converted by simply changing the injectors?

Thanks for your help.

reason given is bull as there is no reason whatsoever that an lpg cant have a glass lid there are loads out therre.
But if they say parts not avialable there is nothing you can do.
Except maybe phone again and see if you get different info.

if you do get the injectors and manage to convert it don't forget to change the hose to a LPG hose as well!
