Subfloor prep over bitumin

the deal is that the subfloor should be cleaned of all glue ect. To do this you should shot/bead blast the subfloor. Now this is what the manufactorier says!

I say, that if the adhesive is very thin (like paper) then you can get away with something like neoprime primer to bond to the subfloor and then lay your leveling compound. You need the compound to protect the glues from reacting and to give the glue something to sink into for a better bond. Also your insulating the bitumin from temperature change so it should not start to move around with temperature change. This is not recommened by f-ball, uzin, ect but is a way around getting shot/bead blasting gear in. you are doing this method on your own back with no warranty.
