suggest me a pir

i need some pirs for my house. i got living room, kitchen, and garage, the garage may have a draught through is this going to be a problem? pleasse suggest which to use and even where to buy. thanks

Texecom is a brand name its neither a pir or a dueltek, so your post is of little use in this instance
