Fair enough, then. If that had been then question, your voting would then probably have become 4:1 (provided there was adequate space in the CUs), but I could not really respond to the poll above, because, without info about the CU(s), my answer would be "it depends"!

Heh, that escalated quickly! Voting was 3 to 1 going straight into the Cu, so that's my plan.

Your plan should be based on proper engineering decisions, not popularity polls.
